In general if there is anything you are unsure about we would recommend that you always seek professional advice. Patients are encouraged to discuss issues with their haemophilia centre, which is best placed to give guidance on their personal care.
Need a listening ear?
The Haemophilia Society can offer anyone affected by haemophilia the chance to talk, in confidence, with someone with similar experiences. If you would like to be put in touch with somebody please call their helpline on 0800 018 6068.
