Factor Direct is a personal Home Delivery service which has been designed
to fit around you and your needs. We work with your haemophilia care team
to deliver direct to your front door precisely the supplies you need to support
your home infusion programme, so helping you live your life.
All members of the team understand that haemophilia affects each family
differently. Over time we build a trusting relationship with you and your carers, allowing us to identify your unique requirements and enabling your coordinator to become a source of help and reassurance.

More Time
- With less hospital visits just to collect your factor and other supplies, you will have more time for everyday life.
Convenience
- Deliveries organised at a time agreed with you to fit in around your family life. We also remove your clinical waste when we make a delivery.
Flexibility
- Extra deliveries available in an emergency
- Alternative UK delivery address can be arranged for students away from home or for times when you know in advance that you will not be in.
- Deliveries can be arranged to fit around your holidays so that you have all the factor you need for your trip.
Dedicated Service
- Our small, dedicated team of coordinators manage every stage of the Factor Direct service for the Haemophilia Centres and for you, working closely with your healthcare team.
- We ensure that you are supplied with the ancillary items that you prefer, such as a particular type of needle you are familiar with and comfortable using.
- Before each scheduled delivery, your coordinator will confirm your delivery address and check your current stock levels and ask if there is anything else you need. You will also receive a call again afterwards to check everything is satisfactory.
