Haemophiliacare.co.uk has won the Ask About Medicines Award for Excellence and the Writing Excellence – Patient/Public category from the Communiqué Awards.
In the Ask About Medicines Awards the site won the category: Medicines information for medicine users and the public, recognising how the site increases people’s understanding about medicines and helps them get involved in decisions about their treatment.
In addition at the Communiqué Awards, the annual healthcare communications ceremony, Haemophiliacare.co.uk won the Writing excellence – Patient/Public category. This award recognises the quality of the content of the site which was described as being “informative without being patronising.”
